Attendee/Agency will receive a full refund on cancellations received in writing up to 14 days prior to the scheduled course. Refunds will be processed on the 30th of the month (or next business day).
Attendee/Agency canceling less than 14 days prior to the course will be responsible for 100% of registration fee. Silver State Consulting Group LLC will; however, provide the attendee/agency with an equal dollar amount credit for use in any future training course within a 1-year period.
