Yes, just email firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the registered attendee and the person who will be replacing them. Please also include the course name, location and date.
Please Note: If notification of a replacement is received less than a week prior to a specified course, a certificate of completion may not be available for the replacement attendee following the class. If this is the case, a certificate will be sent approximately two weeks after the seminar.
Yes! Be sure to choose the “Invoice/Purchase Order” option during the payment portion. Please include the name, phone number and email address of the person responsible for processing invoices within your organization in the “Additional Information” box during the check-out process. Once you finish your registration, you will receive an email confirming your seat in the course and your agency will be sent an invoice for payment.

Registrations for scheduled courses typically close 48 hours prior to a course taking place. We urge everyone to register as soon as they can to secure a seat as venue capacities vary.
Given the sensitive nature of information presented during our public safety courses, we limit certain classes to credentialed governmental and public safety employees, both sworn and non-sworn. Each attendee will be required to present valid credentials upon check in, the day of the class. Exceptions can be made for academy members, recruits, military, private security and public safety personnel. For more information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
There is no dress code for our classes. It is a lecture environment, so civilian clothes are suggested. Our courses DO NOT include a physical training component (hand-to-hand combat,weapons, etc.).
Lunch is not provided for course attendees. Attendees will have an hour break for lunch.
If you registered late, you will most likely not have a certificate at the end of the class. Once all reports are turned back in from the instructor, we will email certificates out to those who didn’t receive one. If you don’t receive your certificate within two weeks, please email email@example.com with your name, the class name, date, and location of the seminar you attended.
If your name is spelled wrong on the certificate, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, the class name, date, and location of the seminar you attended.
*Please Note: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Replacements are accepted at any time.
Registrant/Agency will receive a full refund on cancellations received in writing 14 days prior to a scheduled course. Refunds will be processed on the 30th of the month (or next business day).
Registrant/Agency failing to cancel their registration less than 14 days prior to a scheduled course will be responsible for 100% of registration fee. However, Silver State Consulting Group LLC will hold the unused fee as a credit for use in any future training course. Credits do not expire and are transferable.

Yes, while we prefer to have invoices paid BEFORE the class, we understand that sometimes funding can take time. For these special circumstances please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Is the card you’re using an agency/organization card? If so, you need to enter the FULL name on the card into the “FIRST NAME” section and then the AGENCY/ORGANIZATION name into the “LAST NAME” section. That should solve your problem.
Also please be sure you are entering the billing address for the card, not the department address.

The person that registered for the course should forward the electronic confirmation email which contains the invoice. In the email, there will be an option to download the invoice. Once you have downloaded the invoice, you’ll need to “CLICK HERE” to pay, this link will direct you to our payment page. If no email is found, feel free to contact our office at 800-830-6181.
