In 2018, Silver State Consulting Group LLC, created comprehensive De-Escalation training for law enforcement agencies, to reduce the need to use force, recognize the sanctity of life, protect officers from harm, reduce injuries to subjects, and build community trust.
With the national focus on de-escalation training for police, we realized there was no current training for businesses on how to ensure their employees are safe from aggressive and potentially violent customers. As a result, we have created training specifically aimed at private organizations and are committed to providing employers across the country with the opportunity to best prepare their employees for confrontations. We offer innovative and effective training to improve decision making, assist in handling in high-pressure situations and to serve our communities effectively.
